At FORME, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. If your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak, we are committed to making it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
